Deliveries and Returns


 

Delivery

We will always send out your order as quickly as possible. However, at busy times, please allow up to seven working days for your parcel to arrive from Roses and the Stars. We will always do our best to keep you up to date with how we are getting on in preparing your gifts and you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or UPS depending on the size and weight of the parcel, and each parcel requires a signature to complete the delivery.

Postage is free if you spend over £60- this only applies within the UK for Standard post (2-4 days)

UK - STANDARD Royal Mail 2nd Class = £4.50 (2-4 days)

UK - Royal Mail 1st Class = £5.50 (1 working day)

UK - Next Day Delivery = £8.50 (arrive by 1pm)

UK - Packages larger than 60cm length or 2kg weight are sent via UPS = £8

International - Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for = £15

Live near our offices? You are always welcome to contact us to arrange to pick up your gifts in person. Just select the free pick up option at the checkout (recommended for those with easy access to Stoke on Trent)

Please note: Our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid duty basis so if you or the recipient are international you may have to pay Import Duties/Taxes or a Customs Entry Fee upon or prior to delivery.

Returns

If you are in any way unhappy with your order, please get in touch so we can do our best to help you.  If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange, then please send an email to rosie@rosesandthestars.com or call us on 07788101557, stating the reason for the return and in the case of an exchange - what you would like to exchange for.  All returns should be sent to:

Returned items should be in their original packaging, in their original condition, and sent back within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please state clearly the reason for return. We would always recommend using a recorded delivery service as proof of delivery as we can not take responsibility for any parcels which get lost on their return to us. 

Any items returned after 28 days will not be refunded back onto the card you paid with. Instead, a credit note will be issued, this will be allocated to your e-wallet which can be found in your account. The funds will remain there for 1 year.
