Roses and the Stars Christmas Delivery Deadlines

Packaging: All orders are delivered in our Roses and the Stars sustainable fabric bags for you to reuse. We also have a gift wrapping service where we will wrap your gifts in our beautiful branded tissue paper and ribbon. If you would like to use this service (£4) please tick the box at the checkout where there is also the option to include a small message to be included with your gift.

Out of stock: Any sizes which are out of stock are shown with a line through them. If you'd like to enquire as to when/if we will be receiving more stock, you can simply click on the 'email me when back in stock' link at the top of each product page. Delivery: We will always send out your order as quickly as possible. However, at busy times, please allow up to seven working days for your parcel to arrive from Roses and the Stars. We will always do our best to keep you up to date with how we are getting on in preparing your gifts and you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or UPS depending on the size and weight of the parcel, and each parcel requires a signature to complete the delivery. 

Payment options: We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. You may also pay by Paypal.

Customer Service Helpline: We are more than happy to accept telephone orders and are here to offer help with any questions and queries between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. 07788101557. If you're unable to speak to someone, please leave a message with your telephone number and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Returns policy: We have provided brand specific size charts and dimensions with every product. However, if you're still unsure about sizing or would like our advice please feel free to contact us.

If you are in any way unhappy with your order, please get in touch so we can do our best to help you. If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange, then please send an email to rosie@rosesandthestars.com or call us on 07788101557, stating the reason for the return and in the case of an exchange - what you would like to exchange for.  All returns should be sent to:

Returned items should be in their original packaging, their original condition, and sent back within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please state clearly the reason for return. We would always recommend using a recorded delivery service as proof of delivery as we can not take responsibility for any parcels which get lost on their return to us.
